We offer a 20-day product guarantee on eligible products purchased from Extrogadz.in
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or stops functioning properly within 20 days of delivery, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• Partial refund
• Full refund (in selected cases)
No Return Policy
Currently, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference reasons.
Partial COD
The advance payment is non-refundable if the customer cancels, refuses, or does not accept the order at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Product

• Order number
• Unboxing video/photos
• Clear explanation of the issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional shipping cost.
Refund Eligibility

• Non-delivery of order
• Verified defective product where replacement is unavailable
Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
